ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS is seeking an experienced Business Project Manager to lead and coordinate IT projects within a complex public-sector environment. You will be at the intersection of business, IT and project management, ensuring proper delivery and alignment with regulatory requirements.

You will manage end-to-end coordination, translate business needs into specifications, supervise multidisciplinary teams and contribute to KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Project Manager / IT Project Manager.
• Experience managing complex IT projects in a public-sector, regulated or large organisational environment.
• Strong experience in business requirements gathering and analysis.
• Ability to produce clear functional and technical specifications.
• Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Experience leading and facilitating steering committees.
• Good knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, GitLab and Jenkins.
• Good command of Microsoft Office 365.
• Good understanding of Windows environments.
• Experience with data protection, compliance or DPIA activities is a strong asset.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination capabilities.
• French, Dutch and English: active knowledge.

• Support team staffing, knowledge development and incident management.
• Develop and maintain project dashboards, KPIs and reporting.
• Organise training sessions for users and project stakeholders.
• Perform and coordinate Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and data protection requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, methodologies and tools.
• Support the digital transformation of critical public services.

ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS is looking for an experienced Business Project Manager to lead and coordinate several strategic IT projects within a complex public-sector environment.As a Business Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and delivery of several IT projects. You will work at the intersection of business, IT and project management, ensuring that projects are properly defined, delivered and aligned with operational and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and a wide range of stakeholders to deliver solutions that support critical business processes.

Your Mission

• Lead and coordinate IT and regulatory projects, from initiation through implementation
