BDO is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of digital technology projects. You will manage relationships with Global Office departments and business services, ensuring governance, quality, and timely progress reporting to executives.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management, Prince2 qualifications, and experience with agile and waterfall methods, coordinating with analysts and external providers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a project manager, preferably in a professional service environment.
• Prince2 qualified (or experience in Prince2 principles)
• Experience with both Agile and waterfall methodologies; tailoring your approach per project environment.

Responsabilités

• Ensure projects follow project management best practices and reporting processes used by Global A&A.
• Work closely with Business Analysts and Change Management on projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Produce and maintain project documentation to a high quality and on a timely basis; including bi-weekly reports and project plans.
• Run regular project board meetings and liaise with board members and stakeholders at various levels.
• Take ownership of projects, build relationships, and organize resources.
• Liaise with third party providers where appropriate.
• Understand inflight and upcoming changes in project requirements.
• Plan and design outcome-focused projects, monitor progress, identify risks, and take corrective action.
• Coordinate underlying workstreams and ensure outputs meet requirements within time, quality, cost constraints.
• Identify and initiate additional activities wherever gaps exist.
• Regularly report to sponsor and governance forums.
