BARCO in Kortrijk, Belgium is seeking a Digital Hardware Engineer to design and validate advanced digital hardware platforms for next-generation projection solutions. You will collaborate with system, FPGA, and software teams to deliver high-performance, reliable electronics.

The role covers concept through production release, including high-speed interfaces, signal integrity and EMC considerations, with occasional travel to Barco locations and suppliers as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of experience in electronic hardware development.
• Proven experience with complex digital hardware and PCB design.
• Experience bringing products from concept to industrialization.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop complex digital circuits and multilayer PCBs.
• Define high-speed interfaces (DDR, Ethernet, USB, PCIe).
• Perform signal and power integrity and EMC-conscious design.
• Collaborate with system, FPGA, and software teams.
• Support FPGA and MCUs integration and test prototypes.
• Lead hardware validation and issue resolution across development stages.
• Contribute to hardware development methodologies.
