Verhaert On-Site Consulting is seeking an FPGA Engineer to design, implement, and validate core digital logic and embedded software for high-tech systems. You will translate complex requirements into robust FPGA and software solutions.

Join a collaborative engineering team delivering state-of-the-art R&D projects, with focus on timing closure, verification, and hardware/software co-design in a demanding on-site environment in Belgium.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in VHDL design, simulation, and hardware verification tools.
• Solid understanding of digital design principles, timing closure, and FPGA architectures.
• Experience with embedded software development and hardware/software co-design.

Responsabilités

• Design, code, and test VHDL logic and embedded software for subsystems.
• Perform verification and timing closure to guarantee design performance.
• Create and maintain test benches and integration scripts.
• Collaborate with electronics and system teams for co-design.
• Ensure coding standards, traceability, and thorough documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues during hardware integration and testing.
• Document designs and share knowledge within the team.
