Fujitsu is seeking a Senior Digital Business Analyst for a long-term freelance assignment in the financial services sector. The role blends business analysis, product discovery, digital transformation and data-driven decision-making with a focus on customer value and digital solutions.

You will gather requirements, map customer journeys and facilitate workshops, translating needs into IT specs and user stories within an Agile environment. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Digital Business Analyst in financial services or banking is required.
• Proven ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into IT specs.
• Experience leading discovery, workshops and business case preparation.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN and data-driven decision making.
• Proficient in Excel and data tools; able to analyze customer journeys and UX implications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in an Agile setting.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements for digital initiatives.
• Identify customer needs, objectives, pain points and opportunities.
• Manage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assess and recommend solutions considering impact, value, cost and risks.
• Lead discovery activities: journey mapping, opportunity assessment and mock-ups.
• Translate requirements into detailed IT specifications and user stories.
• Define and refine User Stories and perform story slicing.
• Facilitate workshops and support decision-making with stakeholders.
• Support testing and validate delivered solutions.
• Prepare presentations and communications for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business, product, process and technology teams in an Agile environment.
• Possess strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills; conduct cost-benefit, root cause and SWOT analyses.
