You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers and project teams to ensure measurable value and exceptional user experience. The role requires leading requirements gathering, process modelling and writing clear user stories.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
• Experience in public transport, mobility or passenger service environments.
• Experience with e-commerce or digital sales platforms.

• Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Produce high-quality functional analysis, API and solution documentation.
