Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Device Lifecycle Engineer to lead lifecycle activities for device and packaging within the MSAT organization. Based in Beerse, Belgium, you will coordinate design changes, CAPA, and transfers to manufacturing, ensuring compliance with cGMP and FDA regulations while driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.

The role requires a BS in Engineering, fluency in English with strong communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering required with preference for Mechanical, Biomedical, or Materials.
• Experience in design change control, CAPA and complaint handling.
• Strong collaboration and communication across levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead device lifecycle engineering for end-to-end product support.
• Manage design changes, tech transfers, and CAPA actions.
• Provide validation and regulatory-compliant engineering support.
