Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Device Lifecycle Engineer to support the Device & Packaging Value Optimization Team within the MSAT organization. Based at Beerse, Belgium or Schaffhausen, Switzerland, this role leads lifecycle engineering, tech transfers, CAPA and design change controls for combination products.

You will ensure validation and production activities meet cGMP requirements, collaborate with site operations and quality leadership, and drive cost reductions and quality

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Science required.
• Experience with FDA CFR design controls and CGMP for medical devices preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Scale-up device manufacturing processes and capacity for internal/external sites.
• Develop and qualify supplier capacity and sub-assembly processes.
• Lead design changes, CAPA, and continuous improvement projects.
