Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Device Lifecycle Engineer based in Beerse (Belgium) or Schaffhausen (Switzerland) to lead lifecycle engineering for combination products within the MSAT organization. The role includes design changes, process improvements, tech transfers, and quality improvement projects across a global supply chain.

You will ensure compliance with cGMP, participate in cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma and advanced quality tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of experience in medical device design, development, manufacturing or technical support.

Responsibilities

• Device manufacturing capacity scale-up for internal and external manufacturing.
• Develop and qualify additional supplier capacity per quality systems requirements.
• Lifecycle engineering and cross-functional site/ external support.
• Lead design changes, CAPA and risk mitigation activities.
• Support regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
