Johnson & Johnson Beerse site is recruiting a Device Assembly & Packaging (DAP) Project Execution Engineer within the Global Engineering & Technology (GET) team. You will lead end-to-end engineering projects from concept through construction and qualification, aligning with sponsors and extended teams in a dynamic environment with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Science/Technology or Engineering field.
• Independent and curious, with creative thinking and problem solving.
• Safety and quality are of paramount importance; regulatory requirements understood.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Project Execution Engineer leading end-to-end engineering projects, defining scope and priorities.
• Establishes alignment with project sponsor and core/extended team to deliver objectives.
• Prepares project intake including scoping, business case analysis, and presenting proposals to senior leadership.
• Facilitates project planning, tracking and reporting against deliverables.
• Manages project finances: budgeting and expense control.
• Responsible for all project engineering activities from conceptual design to construction and qualification.
• Uses risk management methodologies to identify and manage risks.
• Leads project close-out, handover, archiving and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Maintains awareness of external environment and provides value insights.
