Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Device Lifecycle Engineer to support device & packaging lifecycle activities in Beerse/Schaffhausen locations. You will bridge development and manufacturing, managing design changes, CAPA, tech transfers, and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven improvement, and adherence to cGMP standards for pharmaceutical and medical devices within the MSAT framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science required.
• Experience with device design/control and regulatory compliance.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills; Flemish/German a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own lifecycle engineering for device & packaging products within the MSAT network.
• Lead design changes, tech transfers, CAPA and complaint handling.
• Coordinate with site operations and quality leadership for area of responsibility.
• Ensure validation and production activities comply with cGMP and regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement using Six-Sigma and data-driven methods.
• Guide cross-functional teams in capacity scaling and supplier development.
