Job summary

Orange Business is seeking a Data Ops Engineer to design, test and deploy data platforms in cloud environments. You will optimize data workflows and orchestrate end-to-end data lifecycles for diverse clients, including leading teams and sharing expertise in Cloud and Data Academy sessions.

You should bring a strong SQL/Python foundation, 3+ years in Data/DevOps roles, and experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow and cloud data tools. Fluency in French and/or Dutch plus English is valued.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant Data/DevOps/Software Engineering experience.
• Strong SQL and Python knowledge.
• Deployment/orchestration tech experience (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Airflow, etc.).
• Data modeling and data-architecture understanding.
• Cloud or data tools experience (Databricks, Snowflake, Synapse).

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy data solutions in cloud environments.
• Optimize data workflows and orchestrate end-to-end data lifecycles.
• Design data pipelines and deliver insightful analytics with clients.
• Mentor and share knowledge in Cloud and Data Academy or Lunch & Learn.
