Daikin Europe in Brussels seeks a Senior Data & Control Analyst to strengthen the Business Analytics team. You will shape the reporting framework within our SAP/IT landscape, lead roll-outs, standardisation and improvements across the Daikin Europe Group, and bridge business needs with IT for SAP solutions.

You will drive cross-functional projects, support data lineage in Power BI, and train end users while maintaining governance and documentation for controlling functions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business economics, finance or controlling.
• Experience as controller or SAP key-user or similar analytical role.
• Deep S/4HANA knowledge (SD, FI, CO) with migration/rollout exposure.
• Experience with SAP testing and UAT for processes or changes.
• Experience with SAP reporting tools to build/analyse financial and management reporting.
• Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate stakeholders across functions.
• Experience or affinity for change management and process adoption.
• Willingness to travel abroad (≈15%) or to Oostkamp office when needed.
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining big-picture view.
• Experience in a multi-company environment and knowledge transfer/training.

Responsabilités

• Represent and lead SAP-based controlling improvements and standardisation efforts.
• Translate business changes into SAP solutions in collaboration with IT.
• Roll-out managerial reporting across business streams and SAP interfaces.
• Focus on data lineage in Power BI and management reporting.
• Set priorities, manage expectations and communicate across stakeholders.
• End-to-end project ownership across business, IT and finance.
• Drive change management and adoption of new processes and systems.
• Collaborate with Global Process Owner on end-to-end SAP modelling.
• Maintain core documentation and governance for controlling functions.
• Drive rebates module implementation across Daikin entities.
