Job summary

Neurho Solutions is seeking a Senior Data Analyst KYC to make data across the customer due diligence lifecycle reliable and usable, connecting business needs with data governance, quality and reporting. You will design and maintain data solutions for onboarding, periodic reviews and event-driven updates.

You will work with data providers and consumers, define governance, investigate discrepancies with SQL, and build dashboards to visualize KYC volumes and risk.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of data analytics experience.
• Two to six years of hands-on analytics focused on KYC or financial crime prevention.
• Proficiency in SQL queries for extracting, joining, validating and analysing data.
• Data modelling experience with tools such as PowerDesigner.
• Hands-on experience with dashboards like Tableau, BusinessObjects or SAS.
• Strong understanding of banking data and KYC workflows.
• Experience documenting functional and non-functional requirements for data solutions.
• Knowledge of data security, IT architecture and financial services operations.
• Experience coordinating input from multiple stakeholders through documentation and workshops.
• Project management skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline, or comparable analytics background.

Responsibilities

• Bring together data providers and translate KYC requirements into data solutions.
• Define data governance, quality rules, access protocols, source-to-target mappings, lineage and reconciliation controls.
• Investigate discrepancies across source systems using SQL.
• Design logical and physical data models and develop data pipelines for reporting and analytics.
• Build and prototype dashboards showing KYC volumes and risk distributions.
• Identify opportunities to reduce duplicate collection and bottlenecks while maintaining security and compliance.
