Job summary

Neurho Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to support a credit risk data team in Belgium. You will source and distribute risk data, contribute to CRR3 and model reviews, and help ensure data quality and accuracy.

You will gather business needs, write IT requirements, develop dashboards, and work with IT and project teams during implementation. A collaborative, project-driven approach is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and VBA.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Functional and technical analysis skills.
• Programming and testing skills.
• Experience in a large company or complex business environment.
• Dutch or French at B2 speaking/understanding; A2 writing.
• English at C2 writing; B2 speaking/understanding.

Responsibilities

• Gather business needs and write IT requirements.
• Prepare and execute tests and support GO/NO GO decisions.
• Develop queries, reports and dashboards.
