Stoïk is seeking a Senior Cyber Underwriter in Belgium to underwrite and price cyber risks for mid-market clients, focusing on the Benelux region. You will monitor financial performance and support sales efforts, working closely with Incident Response and Claims teams in a fast-growing, technology-driven environment.

The role requires 5+ years in cyber underwriting, strong Dutch and English, and a collaborative mindset within a hybrid model offering flexibility between home and office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a cyber underwriter in a reputable insurer, MGA, or specialised broker.
• Proven track record of handling cyber risks in the Benelux market with SME and mid-market focus.
• Strong financial acumen and technical understanding of cyber security frameworks.
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English; other languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Underwrite and price cyber risks for Mid-Market companies per guidelines and risk appetite.
• Monitor and manage financial performance of the Benelux Cyber book; report to Head of Underwriting in Paris.
• Support commercial teams by joining broker and client meetings to secure key accounts.
• Collaborate withSales teams to drive cyber awareness and pipeline growth across the region.
• Coordinate with Incident Response (CERT) and Claims teams to align on threat intelligence and trends.
