Allianz Commercial in Antwerp, Belgium, is seeking a Senior Underwriter for Financial Lines & Cyber to join the Benelux team. The role focuses on profitable growth with emphasis on Professional Indemnity and Cyber, spanning the full risk lifecycle from analysis to competitive terms.

You will own key accounts, build broker relationships, and contribute to regional strategy while operating in a hybrid work environment and aligning with Coalition transition plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Law, or related discipline.
• Experience in Cyber and/or Financial Lines, Financial Institutions, and/or Benelux insurance market.
• Proficiency in Dutch, French and English.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into underwriting decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft narratives for various audiences.

Responsabilités

• Underwrite profitable new and renewal business for Financial Lines and Cyber, focusing on PI and Cyber, in line with guidelines and authority.
• Perform technical analysis and risk assessment using global pricing tools.
• Negotiate price, terms, and conditions to secure sustainable outcomes for the portfolio.
• Ensure accurate policy documentation and high-quality file management.
• Own key accounts and proactively manage relationships with clients, brokers, and producers.
• Develop and execute regional underwriting strategy for Financial Lines and support cross-regional initiatives.
