Stoïk, Europe’s leading insurtech for cyber risk, is seeking a Senior Cyber Underwriter to strengthen its Benelux team. You will underwrite and price cyber risks for Mid-Market companies, guided by policy, risk appetite, and authority limits, joining a fast-growing start-up with a hybrid work model.

You will support commercial teams at broker and client meetings, collaborate with sales, Incident Response, and Claims to align on threat intelligence and trends, and bring 5+ years of cyber

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a cyber underwriter.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of cyber security frameworks.
• Collaborative, solution‑oriented mindset to support sales efforts.
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Underwrite and price Cyber risks for Mid-Market companies per guidelines and authority limits.
• Monitor and manage the financial performance of the Benelux Cyber book and report to Head of Underwriting.
• Support commercial teams by joining broker and client meetings to secure key accounts.
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive cyber awareness and pipeline growth in the region.
• Work with Incident Response (CERT) and Claims to align on threat intelligence and trends.
