Job summary

EY Belgium seeks a Senior Consultant Cyber Defense to strengthen clients' security operations and governance across Europe. You will blend hands-on expertise with advisory delivery, turning complex security challenges into pragmatic, business‑focused recommendations.

We require 2+ years in security operations, a relevant degree, fluency in English plus Dutch or French, and a proactive mindset with interest in AI and emerging tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering, Business Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in security operations, cyber defense or related cybersecurity domain.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on defensive security operations and governance across security monitoring, detection and response.
• Advisory and delivery work with clients, translating security challenges into pragmatic recommendations and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with EY’s global network and technology ecosystem to design and implement security solutions.
• Contribute to thought leadership and business development in cybersecurity services.
