Job summary

EY Belgium is seeking Governance, Risk and Compliance consultants to join our cybersecurity team. You will work with local and international financial services clients, performing maturity assessments, risk assessments, ISMS definitions, and controls implementation.

You bring 2–5 years of consulting or financial sector experience, a Master’s degree, and knowledge of ISO 27000; certifications like CISSP/CISM are a plus. We offer extensive training and flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years experience in consulting or financial sector.
• Understanding of CISO challenges and risk-based decision making.
• Familiarity with ISO 27000 series.
• CISSP/CISM certifications are a plus for more experienced candidates.

Responsibilities

• Perform information security maturity assessments and support security roadmaps.
• Execute information security risk assessments and BIAs.
• Define and implement an Information Security Management System (ISMS).
• Identify, analyze and implement information security processes and controls.
• Measure and report on information security posture and risk appetite.
• Support the CISO in operational security responsibilities and transformation journeys.
