Accenture Song is seeking a Customer Advisory Manager in Belgium to drive business development and deliver innovative customer solutions. You will manage advisory teams, develop strategic initiatives, and partner with clients to translate needs into concrete projects and outcomes.

You will lead data-driven insights, mentor analysts, and contribute to thought leadership while collaborating across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of work experience, preferably related to customer sales & service topics.
• Demonstrate prior consulting experience or relevant project management background.
• Functional experience with growth, go-to-market, commercial, customer & distribution strategies.
• Experience in digital/strategic transformation programs & value realization, operating model redesigns or service designs.
• Experience in business analysis, process design, customer journey and maturity assessment.
• Proven presentation and storytelling skills, personal impact and confidence to lead meetings, presentations and workshops.
• First class written and verbal communication skills; articulate complex problems simply.
