Accenture Song in Belgium seeks a Customer Advisory Manager to lead end-to-end advisory engagements with major clients, shaping customer strategies and delivering innovative solutions. You will manage a team of advisory professionals, develop data-driven insights, and collaborate with clients to drive growth and value through customer experience enhancements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of work experience, preferably related to customer sales & service topics.
• Proven consulting experience or have a relevant project management background.
• Functional experience with growth, go-to-market, commercial, customer & distribution strategies.
• Experience in digital/strategic transformation programs & value realization, operating model redesigns or service designs.
• Experience in business analysis, process design, customer journey and maturity assessment.
• Proven presentation and storytelling skills, personal impact and confidence to lead meetings, presentations and workshops.
• First class written and verbal communication skills; the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong mentoring & coaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve targets and to lead a workstream within a broader project scope.
• Technology knowledge of CRM platforms, Marketplaces, eCommerce, customer analytics solutions, Engagement centers, conversational AI & chat, customer portals etc.

• With a people-first mindset, you coach and mentor analysts and consultants to support them in further developing their strengths.
