Job summary

OPTIMUS IT SERVICES is seeking a Senior Product Owner for credit business processes in a hybrid setup. You will define objectives, roadmaps, manage backlogs, and translate business needs into actionable product requirements within an Agile delivery model.

You will collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and stakeholders, drive data-driven improvements, and support adoption with training and change management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Senior Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Strong knowledge of banking, credit products and credit business processes.
• Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Experience in backlog management, stakeholder management and requirements definition.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication and leadership skills.
• Sound knowledge of English and at least one local language (French or Dutch).

Responsibilities

• Define objectives, deliverables and product roadmaps for credit-related initiatives.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs, features and user stories.
• Translate business requirements into clear specifications and measurable acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with development teams, Scrum Masters and business stakeholders.
• Work closely with Risk, Legal and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory requirements are embedded in solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, customer feedback and process optimization.
• Support end-user adoption through training, communication and change management.
