Job summary

Neurho Solutions in Belgium is seeking a Product Owner to shape and deliver improvements to credit processes within a Scrum team. You will translate customer and stakeholder needs into incremental product deliveries, balancing regulatory requirements and technical constraints.

You will maintain and prioritise the backlog, write features and user stories, facilitate refinement, and collaborate with business, legal, compliance and risk stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (B2) and at least one of French or Dutch (B2).
• Master's degree or equivalent demonstrable experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in product ownership or similar roles.
• Familiarity with customer journey concepts.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for developers.
• Ability to participate in technical discussions and understand constraints.
• Proven experience leading a team alongside a Scrum Master.
• Proven stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of credit products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Define initiative objectives and turn business ideas into incremental product deliveries.
• Maintain and prioritise the backlog, write features and user stories, and define measurable acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate refinement, sprint planning and reviews with the Scrum Master and development team.
• Collaborate with business, legal, compliance and risk stakeholders to assess requirements and document decisions.
• Track outcomes, identify opportunities for automation and propose improvements based on data and user feedback.
• Support and train users, communicate progress and help evolve team practices.
