Job summary

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features and user stories, manage the backlog, and ensure releases meet user needs while complying with regulatory requirements. Strong communication and multilingual skills (English plus Dutch or French) are essential to succeed with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or assimilated; relevant field.
• Experience in Agile methodologies, especially in finance/banking.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with digital and technology solutions products.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French; passive knowledge of the other language.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features and user stories.
• Work with development teams to ensure that product requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Ensure that product releases are delivered on-time and meet user needs.

• Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Ensure that product features comply with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure continued success and improvement.
