BESIX is seeking a Senior Cost Controller for the Belgium & Luxembourg region. The role focuses on accurate monthly cost control, reporting, and financial insights across Wallonia and Luxembourg projects.

You will partner with project teams to drive performance and provide reliable data for decision-making. The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Finance or related field, 5+ years in cost/ project control, strong analytical skills, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in cost control, project controlling, audit, finance or similar analytical roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Manage and coordinate the monthly cost control and reporting process for assigned projects.
• Analyse project performance, identify risks and opportunities, and challenge financial assumptions as needed.
• Review and validate project cost control data with Project Managers and operations teams.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial information and reports.
• Provide timely financial insights and performance analyses to project teams and stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of cost control processes and reporting tools.
