Ageas is seeking a seasoned Financial Accounting & Closing leader to join the Corporate Centre in Brussels. You will oversee monthly, quarterly and annual closings, ensure timely IFRS and Belgian GAAP reporting, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

In this role you will manage a small accounting team of 5, drive process improvements and automation, and partner with Treasury, Tax and HR to deliver accurate financial insights. Fluent English plus French/Dutch is required.

Formación

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration.
• 7+ years relevant experience (Big Four a plus).
• Experience managing a small team.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting under Belgian GAAP and IFRS (IFRS17, IFRS9 hedge accounting).
• ERP systems experience: Oracle NetSuite, SAP, OneStream.

Responsabilidades
