Apryse is seeking a Senior International Accountant to lead accounting and financial reporting for its international entities, with emphasis on Belgium. You will drive month-end close, statutory reporting, and US GAAP alignment while coordinating with external providers and auditors.

The role requires strong technical accounting, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple jurisdictions within a growing global controllership framework.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong international exposure.
• Public accounting experience, Big Four or large regional firm preferred.
• Experience in Belgium, Germany, Austria, UK, Serbia is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of local GAAP and US GAAP interaction.
• Experience with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and external audits.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close for international entities, focusing on Belgium and other listed countries.
• Coordinate across countries/currencies/time zones; manage close calendars and intercompany activity.
• Review work by third-party providers; resolve accounting issues and ensure timely close.
• Lead US GAAP conversion, corporate reporting preparation, and consolidation activities.
• Manage external auditors and respond to audit requests; maintain policy compliance.
• Develop and mentor accounting team; set goals and performance expectations.
• Strengthen global internal controls and drive process automation in the close.
