Job summary

MeDirect is seeking an experienced content and copy writer to craft client communications across financial topics and support campaigns through compelling ad copy for social media and email. The role emphasizes brand voice, accuracy, and engagement.

You will coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Products and Customer Care to validate content. Fluency in Dutch, English and French is required, with translations EN/FR/NL as needed, and a willingness to expand audiovisual content.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in communication or a language-oriented field.
• At least 5 years in a copywriting or similar communications role.
• Experience in finance and knowledge of ETFs, shares, funds, bonds is a big plus.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in Dutch, English and French.

Responsibilities

• Create and translate client communications across topics and establish impactful ad copy for campaigns.
• Coordinate validation and improvements with stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Products, Customer Care).
• Activate client communications via social media, especially LinkedIn.
• Translate client communications across EN/FR/NL as needed.
• Perform social listening and social CRM management.
• Maintain and develop the MeDirect blog with content and imagery.
