ROA Talent is seeking a senior Contracts Manager for data centre projects in Belgium. The role focuses on contract administration, risk management and commercial guidance across multiple live sites.

You will work closely with Project Directors and commercial teams, handling change control, variations and notices while supporting subcontract negotiations and dispute avoidance. A rotation arrangement is possible for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Manager or senior commercial/contracts professional in construction.
• Experience with main contractor and large-scale complex projects.
• Data centre or mission-critical project experience advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Overseeing contractual matters across multiple live data centre projects.
• Providing commercial and contractual guidance to project delivery teams.
• Managing contract administration, change control, variations, claims and contractual notices.
• Identifying contractual risks and ensuring the company's position is appropriately protected.
• Supporting the administration and negotiation of subcontract and supply agreements.
• Working closely with Project Directors and commercial teams on project performance and contractual strategy.
• Supporting procurement, tender evaluation and contract award negotiations.
• Managing contractual disputes and supporting proactive dispute avoidance.
• Maintaining accurate contract registers, risk logs and supporting documentation.
• Providing senior management with clear reporting on contractual risks, opportunities and key project issues.
