Vector Synergy is seeking a procurement professional in Brussels to manage RFQs and POs under tight deadlines. You will handle contract changes, amendments, and assess business cases to select the best procurement routes for NATO-related requirements.

The role requires strong experience in contracting and finance, with a background in high-volume procurement and compliance in a secure environment.

Qualifications

• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 4 years post-related experience.
• Or a secondary educational qualification with 6 years post-related experience.
• Knowledge of monitoring and maintaining financial records for compliance and audit.
• Knowledge of using appropriate procurement methods.
• NATO responsibilities and organization knowledge (Desirable).

Responsabilités

• Managing and processing a high volume of RFQs and POs, often under urgent timelines.
• Performing contract administration activities, including processing contract changes and amendments.
• Reviewing business cases to determine appropriate procurement routes.
