Job summary

BDO Belgium is seeking a Senior Consultant Strategy & Transformation - Invest to guide financial institutions in transforming investment products, customer journeys and regulatory processes. You will work with product owners, stakeholders and agile squads from ideation to go-live.

You combine analytical depth with structured delivery to help clients comply with regulations while enhancing their investment offering.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, investments or regulatory topics.
• Strong analytical and delivery-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business, regulatory and legal requirements for investment products and translate into clear functional needs.
• Assess operational, organizational, and IT impacts; prepare information for development teams with clear scope.
• Lead change activities and support stakeholders during launch, go-to-market and IT releases.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Compliance, Operations) to gather and validate needs.
• Participate in steering committees and Agile ceremonies where applicable.
• Report progress and risks to various levels within the organisation.
