Job summary

Sia is seeking bright and dynamic Senior consultants to build relationships and deliver results. You will lead transformation projects, structure data, run benchmarks and interviews, and partly coach new hires.

The role offers opportunities to contribute to knowledge sharing and work across industries in an international environment. We value strong collaboration, a passion for data and AI, and language skills in French, Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• University Master in Business Engineering, Civil Engineering, Applied Economics or Management.
• 3 to 6 years experience as a consultant.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Interest in Financial Services sector.
• Strong interest in data and AI topics; ability to quickly build expertise.
• Analytical mind; able to synthesize into conclusions.
• Autonomous, dynamic, result-oriented, rigorous.
• Languages: French, Dutch and English; Dutch is a must.
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (France and The Netherlands).

Responsibilities

• Involved in transformation projects at clients; you will execute project assignments, including data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshops, and process mapping.
• You will take up team leadership roles by coaching new hires and juniors.
• Contribute actively to knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars) within the business units.

As a business consultant, you will be involved in transformation projects at our clients. You will execute project assignments, including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, people interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications, etc. As fast as possible, you will take up team leadership roles by coaching new hires and juniors. You will get the opportunity to contribute actively to our knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars,…) within the business units of the different industries we serve.
