Job summary

Sia in Belgium is seeking bright and dynamic Senior Consultants to build relationships and deliver results on finance transformation projects across clients.

You will work on rethinking finance organization, strengthening controllership, closing, consolidation, and budgeting processes, while contributing to internal initiatives.

Fluency in French, Dutch and English and willingness to travel abroad are valued; a master’s degree and 3–6 years consultancy experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics/engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics.
• 3–6 years’ experience within a consultancy firm.
• Knowledge in financial strategy, closing, consolidation & reporting and finance process optimization.
• Outstanding team player with strong communication skills.
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions.
• Autonomous, dynamic, results-oriented, rigorous and committed.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, and willingness to travel abroad.
• Language skills: French, Dutch and English.
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g. France, The Netherlands).

Responsibilities

• Improve and accelerate their closing, consolidation, and the effectiveness and efficiency of plans, budgets, and forecasts.

Qualifications

Master degree in applied economics/engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics

3 to 6 years’ experience within a consultancy firm

Knowledge in financial strategy, closing, consolidation & reporting and in finance process optimization

Outstanding team player and good communication skills

Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions

Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed

You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
