Job summary

Sia in Belgium is looking for bright consultants to drive transformation projects for clients across industries. You will help structure data, perform analyses, run benchmarks, conduct interviews, and support workshops and process mapping, while collaborating with teams across borders.

The role welcomes 0–3 years of consulting experience, a Master in Civil or Commercial Engineering, and a passion for data, AI, and insurance.

Qualifications

• University Master Civil Engineer or Commercial Engineer
• 0 to 3 years’ experience as a consultant
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills
• Strong interest in Insurance
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• Languages: French, Dutch and English
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (France & The Netherlands)
• Siais certified "Great Place to Work".

Responsibilities
