BDO Belgium is seeking a Senior Consultant Strategy & Transformation – Invest to help financial institutions transform investment products, customer journeys, and regulatory processes. You will work with product owners and agile squads from ideation to go‑live, balancing analytical depth with hands‑on delivery to drive real impact.

You will analyse regulatory requirements, assess impacts, and lead change activities while engaging stakeholders across Sales, Legal and Compliance to deliver

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, investments or regulatory topics.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.

Responsabilités

• Analyse regulatory and business requirements for investment products.
• Assess the operational, organisational and IT impacts of changes.
• Design solutions and support implementation from ideation to go‑live.
• Lead change activities and manage stakeholder engagement.
• Participate in steering committees and Agile ceremonies.
