Job summary

Falcon Consulting BV is seeking a seasoned consultant to work on pricing, revenue growth and transformation projects for consumer brands. You will lead initiatives, translate complex questions into actionable recommendations, and collaborate with clients to implement strategic changes.

The role requires a Master’s degree with 5+ years in consulting or consumer goods, strong analytical skills, and excellent Excel/PowerPoint (Power BI a bonus). You will coach junior teams and help scale the firm.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in consumer products or consulting.
• Experience in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing, Negotiations, Finance, Category Management, or Transformation projects.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI is a bonus.
• Clear, confident communication and ability to simplify complex messages.

Responsibilities

• Lead smaller projects independently and act as trusted advisor to clients.
• Crack complex commercial and pricing questions and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Work alongside the client to implement these changes.
• Support transformation project implementations.
• Collaborate with client teams, often in high-pressure moments.
• Assist in negotiation preparation and scenario thinking.
• Help build the firm by coaching and growing the team as we scale.
• As Falcon grows, assume responsibility for teams, clients and future practices.

Founded by former Unilever employees Pauwel Nuytemans and Jonas Geleyn, we specialise in Pricing & Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Performance, and Transformation.

We are not a typical management consulting firm. Where other design strategies, we make strategic plans operational. Whether it's setting the right price, structuring customer negotiations or improving ways of working, we make sure ideas are executed and turned into value. You will work side by side with the partners on high impact Pricing, Commercial Performance and transformation projects for both small and large FMCG companies.

You will

• Work closely with client teams, often in high pressure moments

• A Master’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in consumer products or consulting
• Proven exposure to at least one of the following topics: Revenue Growth Management, Pricing, Negotiations, Finance, Category Management, Transformation projects
• Strong analytical skills and a ruthless attention to detail
• Solid financial acumen combined with pragmatic intuition
• You can simplify complexity and chaos into something actionable
• The ability to switch gears fast across clients and topics
• Experience coaching small junior teams (Junior Consultant / Interns)
