Job summary

ASV Consult in Belgium is seeking a Senior Strategic Value Consultant to help clients define and execute strategic roadmaps across supply chain, procurement, transportation and operations, delivering real change in industrial environments. You will work directly with client teams and senior leaders, shaping strategy, driving implementation, and advancing transformation.

The role offers mobility, an international setting, and ongoing training including PowerBI certification.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in civil or commercial engineering, economics or related fields.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in consulting or similar environments.
• Experience in supply chain, procurement, finance, or transformation.
• Fluency in English; Dutch or French preferred.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for highly talented & motivated professionals, seeking to further develop themselves in a high-performing, agile & international environment. This requires:

• Master's degree in civil or commercial engineering, economics or other science, technology, economics or mathematics related fields
• At least 2 years of professional working experience, with a solid track record in a high performing (consulting) company or start-up operating mainly in industries such as manufacturing, FMCG, construction or transportation
• The required functional expertise primarily within supply chain, procurement, finance or the broader transformational domain
• Experience within strategic or management consulting is essential
• Fluency in English and preferably Dutch or French
• An entrepreneurial and 'can-do' attitude, with an affinity to use your previous experiences to guide your team through new situations

As a Senior Strategic Value Consultant, you will work side-by-side with our best-in-class consulting leaders and support them in tackling a wide array of strategic and operational challenges that our clients are facing, primarily in the areas of supply chain, procurement, transportation, operations. Together with your team and client, you will determine the right road to take and build the enablers to take it successfully. You will be working on a wide range of projects of varying length, size & location, with clients of different sizes, operating mainly in industrial environments such as manufacturing, FMCG, construction and transportation, tackling a wide array of challenges, primarily in the areas of supply chain, procurement, transportation, operations, change management, while teaming up with highly skilled people who bring different backgrounds & experiences to the table.
