Capco is looking for a Business Consultant to strengthen our project team in Belgium. You combine strong analytical and strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset, quickly get up to speed on new topics and take ownership of your work.

You will support the project team on strategic and organisational topics, analyse and structure complex information, prepare high‑quality analyses and presentations, and help with workshops and stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in consulting, financial services, strategy, transformation or organisational change.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Dutch and an excellent professional knowledge of English.

Who are we looking for?

You are a proactive and versatile consultant who can switch easily between analyses, strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.

Ideally, you bring:

• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within consulting, financial services, strategy, transformation or organisational change.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Dutch and an excellent professional knowledge of English.
• Experience with Target Operating Models is a plus.
• Experience within Capital Markets is a plus.
