Qualifications

• 5 years of multi-disciplinary experience in commercial operations.
• Practical experience with SAP COP/UMP/EWM modules.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and data validation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Follow up and ensure accurate administration across purchase, sales, and commercial processes.
• Maintain customer, material, and plant master data in SAP.
• Process and register customer orders in SAP with required approvals.
• Apply metal hedging and fixation activities in the system.
• Collaborate closely with internal functions.
• Monitor contractual obligations and compliance, escalating issues as needed.
• Support month-end activities, reporting, and data validation.
• Identify risks and process improvements to boost efficiency and customer experience.
• Provide backup support to team members.
