Job summary

Umicore is seeking a Commercial Sales Employee based in Brussels to manage end-to-end commercial and operational activities. You will handle orders, data integrity in SAP, and collaboration across functions to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements include 5+ years in related fields, SAP COP/UMP/EWM experience, and fluency in English (Dutch or French a plus). The role offers a competitive salary and benefits within a global materials company.

Qualifications

• 5 years of multi-disciplinary experience in commercial operations, order management, logistics, or sales support.
• Fluency in English is required; Dutch or French are a plus.
• Experience with SAP modules (COP, UMP, EWM) and MS Office 365.
• Strong attention to detail with data and process validation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage key commercial and operational activities from order to payment.
• Ensure accuracy of master data in SAP and maintain customer records.
• Process and register customer orders in SAP with approvals.
• Monitor contractual obligations and compliance, escalate issues as needed.
• Support month-end activities, reporting, and data validation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency and customer experience.
