Job summary

BeOne seeks a Clinical Research Manager to lead CRA teams across Belgium and remote teams in the Netherlands and Denmark. You will guide study start-up, monitor performance, and ensure regulatory compliance across trials in oncology, working with the Regional Clinical Operations Manager to meet timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a scientific, medical or healthcare discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years progressive experience in clinical operations in biotech/pharma.
• Experience in oncology is highly recommended.
• Prior clinical trial experience including management/leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Act as line manager for trial monitoring staff (CRAs) across specified countries.
• Oversee study start-up, site activation and enrolment to ensure timelines and quality.
• Maintain ICH/GCP compliance and ensure regulatory submissions (IRB/EC) are complete.
• Collaborate with Regional Clinical Operations Manager to optimize resources and performance.
