BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead trial monitoring staff and ensure compliant execution of clinical studies across Belgium and neighboring regions.

You will plan, assign, and direct work, drive performance, and maintain high-quality trial conduct in line with ICH/GCP and local regulations. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a scientific field, 5+ years in clinical operations with leadership experience, and oncology knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a scientific, medical or healthcare discipline
• Minimum 5+ years progressive experience in clinical operations within biotech/pharma
• Prior clinical trial experience including management/leadership
• Experience in oncology is highly recommended

Responsabilités

• Manage study start up and trial monitoring staff per BeOne policies and regulations
• Participate in hiring and onboarding; oversee training plans for new staff
• Manage quality of staff's clinical work through regular reviews
• Provide country-specific start-up expertise to study teams and review documents
• Develop and review site recruitment materials and tools
• Collaborate with regional operations to ensure timely IRB/EC submissions and TMF completeness
• Contribute to feasibility, site identification, and evaluation
• Mentor and manage junior staff and CRAs; oversee performance reviews
