Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II to join our team in Belgium or the Netherlands. This is a remote-based position with travel to sites for morning visits, focusing on oncology monitoring.

We welcome candidates based in Belgium or the Netherlands with relevant CRA experience. You will monitor studies, coordinate site activities, ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and SOPs, and contribute to project team updates.

Qualifications

• Life science degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years as a CRA in CRO/pharma/biotech, with oncology monitoring.
• Experience managing oncology studies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clinical studies at investigative sites per protocol, ICH-GCP, and SOPs.
• Coordinate study setup, regulator submissions, site visits and ongoing monitoring.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation; maintain documentation accuracy.
• Communicate clearly with sites, team members and sponsors.
