Precision for Medicine is recruiting a Clinical Research Associate II to join our team in Belgium or the Netherlands. This remote-based role requires monitoring oncology studies and travel to sites for visits.

We seek candidates based in Belgium or the Netherlands with oncology monitoring experience and fluent in English and Dutch. French is a plus. You will work with a collaborative team and have influence in a smaller CRO environment.

Qualifications

• Life science degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years as a CRA with oncology monitoring experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50–60% domestically/internationally.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites.
• Coordinate setup and monitoring activities (investigators, regulatory submissions, visits).
• Ensure studies are conducted, recorded and reported per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulations.
