As a Senior Claims Advisor, you will be responsible for managing claims within the Corporate segment, applying your expertise in liability and cyber risks. You will work both independently and as part of a team, providing expert advice to clients and negotiating with insurers to find the best solutions. Responsibilities

• You will manage complex claims files within the Corporate segment, with a focus on liability, directors’ and officers’ liability, and cyber risks;
• You are responsible for managing routine claims files; knowledge of property and liability insurance is a plus;
• You thoroughly analyze insurance policies and claims;
• You advise clients on the progress of their claims files;
• You meet with and visit clients to follow up on claims;
• You participate in expert assessments, demonstrating clear expertise in the field;
• You conduct necessary negotiations with insurers and experts to achieve the best solution for our clients.

Qualifications

• Has at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry, preferably with knowledge of Liability, Directors and Officers (D&O) Liability, and Cyber Risks;
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree or has an equivalent educational background in Insurance or Law through experience;
• Is fluent in Dutch (this is an absolute requirement). Proficiency in English is necessary, while knowledge of French is a plus;
• Is flexible and can easily adapt to different situations and requirements;
• Is willing to actively participate in expert meetings and client meetings;
• Has an analytical mindset, enabling him/her to thoroughly investigate claims and policies;
• Can identify and resolve issues within claims files;
• Works independently and proactively, while also valuing collaboration and being a true team player.
