Axis Group - HR Advisor is seeking a diligent Claims Analyst to manage Hull and Liability claims within the aviation sector. You will collaborate with stakeholders, assess liabilities, and work toward fair resolutions for clients and brokers.

Qualifications

• Holds a degree in law, insurance, or a related discipline.
• Fluent in Dutch, English, and French (CEFR Level C).
• Some prior experience in a non-life claims department.

Responsabilités

• You manage Hull and Liability claims, addressing issues related to aircraft damage, personal injuries, and third-party liabilities.
• You evaluate the general liability, passenger liability, corporate liability, and product liability of insured parties regarding potential claims.
• You facilitate the prompt resolution of claims by collaborating with all relevant parties involved.
• You review and assess expert and legal documentation to support the claims process.
• You keep claims files organized by regularly updating and monitoring their progress.
• You maintain proactive communication with key internal and external stakeholders regarding any updates and final decisions.
• You initiate the processing of claims payments efficiently.
• You strive to ensure the satisfaction of both the broker and the client, aiming for a fair and just resolution of claims.

• You manage Hull and Liability claims, addressing issues related to aircraft damage, personal injuries, and third-party liabilities;


• You evaluate the general liability, passenger liability, corporate liability, and product liability of insured parties regarding potential claims;


• You facilitate the prompt resolution of claims by collaborating with all relevant parties involved;

• Proficient in Dutch, English, and French, with language skills at CEFR Level C;

• Capable of managing priorities effectively while maintaining an organized approach;

• Holds a degree in law, insurance, or a related discipline;


• Candidates with a background in Legal Practice or Finance & Insurance are also a strong fit;


• Has some prior experience within a claims department (non-life) at an insurance firm or brokerage.
