Job summary

Group IPS is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from definition through close-out. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, planning, contracts and construction, acting as the main client liaison to ensure scope, budget and schedule alignment.

The role requires strong CS&A expertise, extensive CAPEX project experience, and proficiency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Engineering, Construction Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead complex construction projects across full lifecycle.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, planning, contracts and construction.
Act as main client contact to ensure alignment on scope, budget, schedule and risks.
Manage project scope, budget, planning, quality, safety and stakeholder expectations.
Coordinate project documentation including execution plans, schedules, risk registers and reports.
Ensure coordination between design disciplines, contractors and client stakeholders.
Review technical solutions for constructability and cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate procurement activities including specifications, bids and negotiations.
Monitor contractor performance, progress, quality and change orders.
Lead project meetings and report critical issues with clear recommendations.
Identify project risks and coordinate mitigation measures.
