Job summary

• Own and develop the category strategy for the Belgian market, translating priorities into assortment, availability and commercial plans.
• Turn sales, margin, customer, market and competitor data into clear decisions and actions.
• Lead expansion of own stock and marketplace assortment.
• Improve current processes and ways of working.
• Perform deep-dive category analyses for supplier meetings.
• Act as senior sparring partner for the Category Management team.
