Redcare Pharmacy is seeking a Senior Category Manager for Farmaline to own the Belgian category strategy, driving assortment, availability and commercial plans. You will translate sales, margin and market data into clear actions and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve the customer journey.

As a senior sparring partner, you will guide the Category Management team with strong analytical standards and hands-on daily category steering in a fast-evolving online environment.

Qualifications

• Several years of category management experience with ownership of assortment and performance.
• E-commerce/online retail or B2C experience is highly valuable.
• Strong ability to translate data into concrete business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the category strategy for Belgium, aligning with business priorities.
• Turn sales and margin data into actionable plans and improvements.
• Lead expansion of own stock and marketplace assortment.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure efficient processes.
• Provide senior sparring support and set analytical standards.
